Our stay was GREAT as usual. Bed was good, we enjoyed it. Booked table at Brasserie Albert, it's their onsite restaurant. Moreover, there was free Wi Fi! This hotel is equal to 4 stars.

Good choice for exploring Ostend. Staff were friendly lot of time. The restaurant had warm food.

Bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good! We had a room with sea views. Nothing compares to Thermae Palace.
In the bathroom the shower had no pressure.

Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast. Location was just a walk down to leopold park and other tourist spots. The staff of Thermae Palace went out of their way to make our stay great...
